Jungle Drone – 7-Day Return & Refund Policy
At Jungle Drone, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience and high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:
You may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Products – If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- Incorrect Item Received – If the item delivered differs from what you ordered.
- Quality Issues – If the product does not match the description or quality standards expected.
- Size or Fit Issues – If the item does not fit as expected (applicable for clothing and footwear).
Please note that certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, innerwear, customized products, and digital downloads cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Conditions for Returns:
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Not be damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Jungle Drone reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return:
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@jungledrone.com within 7 days of delivery, mentioning your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with further instructions.
- Once approved, you may be required to ship the item back to our designated return center. Return shipping costs will be covered only if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Otherwise, the customer may bear the shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Prepaid Orders – Refunds will be credited to your bank account, credit/debit card, or digital wallet.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (if applicable).
- Partial Refunds – In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the product shows signs of use or damage.
Exchange Policy:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Cancellations:
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

- If your return request is not approved, the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
