At Jungle Drone, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience by ensuring timely order processing, shipping, and easy cancellations when needed. Please read our Shipping & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand our procedures.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Dispatch Time: Once processed, orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days from our fulfillment centers.

Tracking Details: A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number as soon as your order is shipped.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary based on your location:

India: 4-7 business days

International Orders: 7-15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Note: Delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, or logistical disruptions.

 

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Orders above a specified amount (as per ongoing promotions) may qualify for free shipping.

Standard Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

International Shipping: Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If the delivery fails, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

If a customer fails to accept the package, re-shipping may require additional shipping fees.

 

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at info@jungledrone.com, and we will assist you.

In rare cases where an order is lost during transit, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

 

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.

To cancel an order, email us at info@jungledrone.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

 

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refuse delivery, and the order will be returned to us.

In such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges once the item reaches our warehouse.

 

3. Auto-Cancellation by Jungle Drone

Jungle Drone reserves the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable.
• The order could not be verified due to incomplete or incorrect payment details.
• The delivery location is beyond our serviceable areas.
• Due to unforeseen technical or logistical issues.

 

If Jungle Drone cancels your order, a full refund will be issued automatically within 5-7 business days.
